# Submission Details

> View and manage everything about a submission

## Introduction

This is a page where you can view all the recorded data at the time a Quick Check submission was sent and manage fraud if the submission was determined to be fraudulent. You get here by clicking on a row within the [Fraud Explorer](https://botbuster.io/docs/website-visitor/FraudExplorer.md) table. Each submission has its own ID. It's also possible to view a submission directly by going to the URL with the ID. For example, to view submission with ID 3288 the URL would look like [https://dev-quickcheck.botbuster.io/captcha-submission-details/3288](https://dev-quickcheck.botbuster.io/captcha-submission-details/3288)

## Submission Details Header

The most important submission information can be found here. Every submission is given a [fraud score](https://botbuster.io/docs/glossary.md) which is how likely a submission is found to be fraudulent. While the fraud score may go past 10, the scale should be thought of as 0 to 10 with 10 being almost certainly fraud. Details including the time, URL, fraud score, remediation status, result, fraud potential, reason, submission type and identified fraud status are in this section at the top. It's also useful to see what kind of Device, OS and browser submitted the Quick Check when checking for fraud. The following actions can be taken with their respective buttons:

**Verify Fraud** :: This is the status flag attached to the submission that confirms it as a fraudulent submission. A submission can only be confirmed as fraudulent once.

**Mark Remediated** :: This is a status flag attached to the submission that lets the user know that the fraud has been fixed and handled properly. Each test can only be remediated once.

The Recorded Details section lists all the technical information about the test submission. Of importance in the Bot Buster Recorded Details section are the **Submission User Agent** and **Your Current Browser User Agent**. These should match unless a new version of your browser or different browser was used at the time of submission. If you are [associating your browsers and devices](https://botbuster.io/docs/website-visitor/adddevices.md) then **Associated Device** and **New Device** fields are helpful. If additional security actions were taken through the Bot Buster platform, such as sending a notification, requiring an email/phone password or setting custom instructions, all this information would be listed on the **Additional BB Security Actions** table. When a submission is determined to be fraudulent, the "Verify Fraud" button should be pressed to let the website know of the fraud. If the fraud has been remediated, then the "Mark Remediated" button should be pressed. A submission can only be marked remediated or fraudulent once. After labeling a submission as fraudulent, it's best to look at the newly available *Remediation Instructions* section for next steps as well as messaging the website directly in the *Communicate With the Website* section to make sure your account wasn't negatively affected. To learn more about any of the technical terms, please hover over the title and a tool-tip will explain more.

## Test Image With Results

This section shows the test image itself and where it was clicked/swiped as well as the instruction text shown to the user. It will also indicate a successful vs failed test.

### Remediation Instructions

This section shows instructions which give guidance for how to handle the fraud. *This only becomes available once a submission is identified as fraudulent.*

### Communicate With the Website

This section is a chat room where you can message the company directly about what should be done. *The section only becomes available once a submission has been identified as fraudulent.*
