# Request Features & Report Bugs

> Report software issues or request new application features

## Introduction

Have you ever wanted to request a new feature easily or submit a bug quickly? This page lets you do both.

### Submit a Feature Request

Choose the Feature Request option and provide a title and description of the idea. Once the Submit button is pressed, your information will go directly into our system where it will be assessed and considered.

### Submit a Bug

Choose the Bug Submission option and provide a summary, description, image (optional) and the severity of the issue. Once the Submit button is pressed, your information will go directly into our system where it will be assessed, triaged and fixed based on severity.

When a bug or feature request is submitted, you will get a ticket number. If you have any questions about your issue, please reach out to [contact@botbuster.io](mailto:contact@botbuster.io) and include your ticket number. We are actively monitoring for new tickets and get alerted every time one is created.
